Mission Lodge is specially designed for the needs of patients with dementia.

Staff is available and trained to assist with bathing, incontinence, dressing, medication management, and monitoring of health and wellness.

Like its sister facility Monterey Lodge, Mission Lodge has lovely patios with comfortable seating and outdoor dining and activity space for all residential care guests and visitors. The patio at Mission Lodge is equipped with wander monitoring and coded exit gates for added safety for our dementia care residents. It also has a quiet activity room for music or reading. Mission Lodge also has an inviting great room where dining or food related activities are shared by long term care residents. Sports or movies can be shared by Mission Lodge senior care guests in the open family room which has a view of the courtyard and entry.

Quiet wireless monitoring systems prevent easily confused senior care residents with dementia from misinterpreting overhead pages or alarm signals. Staff is notified of a monitored resident's attempt at exiting the building or common areas and can quickly respond. This system is available throughout our residential care facility. Mission Lodge provides safe, secure long term care for seniors with all levels of memory impairment or dementia.

Medication assistance is provided for all eldercare guests at Mission Lodge, along with daily living assistance for our dementia and memory care residents. Dementia residents are provided with specially trained staff to assist them with social and physical activities. Activities for all levels of cognitive decline are available. Staff focus is on maintaining physical and mental independence, while promoting safety and comfort.
