Both lodges have indoor and outdoor activity areas, including an inviting garden area which is included in the wireless monitoring system.

Each wing of five suites has a family room for activities and visits with guests. Family rooms are designed for long term residents' needs. One wing of each building has a quiet family room for reading, listening to music, games or visiting with family. Comfortable chairs meet the needs of senior care guests, as well as encouraging visits from friends and family. The other wing has an open family area with views of the spacious courtyard. Movies, sports or other television based activities are encouraged here.  

Resident rooms are spacious and accommodate individual activities with satellite television service provided to each room. Rooms are large enough to accommodate tables or desks for individual activity spaces or family visits.

The great room in each lodge provides a welcome area for guests and seniors. Seating near the front doors of each lodge gives the Lodges at Ada’s Vineyard a “front porch” feel, and provides space for senior care guests to rest and observe their surroundings.

The large open courtyard of Mission or Monterey Lodge has ample room for long term residents to exercise and walk. It can easily accommodate grandchildren or pet visits with room to roam. A pondless fountain water feature allows senior care guests to have the soothing noise of water, and encourages birds and other wildlife to stop by for a drink. The courtyard is secured by combination coded gates for wander prevention and the wireless monitoring and call system extends into this area for senior living convenience and safety.

Both lodges have elegant dining rooms. A seating area near the kitchen allows guests to observe and share in meals planning, and the sights and aromas of meal preparation.
